Shipping conditions The delivery of the goods is generally worldwide. We are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Mexico, North Korea, (the Islamic Republic of) Iran, the Syrian Arab Republic, Chile and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs (including VAT) For deliveries within the EU, we charge standard 6.90 € shipping costs. If you order outside the EU or want a shipping method other than standard. you can calculate the shipping costs with the tool below.
Delivery deadlines Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 2 – 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. The minimum order value is: 5 €.

More details about the payment When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
